Welcome to Brushy Creek Tree Farm. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order or using our site.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing of our trees, shrubs, and plants are accurate and up-to-date. However, as we are dealing with live plants, slight variations in size, shape, and appearance may occur.
- All trees are grown with care and according to your selected specifications.
- Photos are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee exact appearance.
Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed online through our secure platform. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal
- Direct Bank Transfers
Growing Time & Updates
Many of our trees are custom-grown for your specific order. Depending on the species and size, growing time may range from a few weeks to several months.
- You will receive regular email updates and photos of your tree’s progress.
- We reserve the right to adjust timelines due to seasonal or environmental factors.
Delivery & Pickup
Once your tree is ready, we offer two options:
Local Pickup.
You may pick up your tree at our farm by appointment.
Delivery Service.
Delivery is available within selected areas. Additional charges may apply. We are not liable for any delays due to weather or third-party delivery services.
Returns & Cancellations
Because our trees are custom-grown and living items:
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of placement may be eligible for a refund.
- After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to management approval.
- We do not accept returns on live plants unless the product arrives dead or severely damaged.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery if you encounter any issues.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including text, images, logos, and branding) is the property of Brushy Creek Tree Farm and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Plant survival depends on proper care and local environmental conditions. Instructions will be provided, but we cannot guarantee tree health after delivery.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
